Alicia thrives on motivating and coaching. She encourages engaged employees for a happy environment and even happier kids! From implementing Learning Adventures Programs, to offering community assistance to families in need, Alicia is very passionate and committed to meeting the educational and social needs of today's children. She understands and empathizes with the huge demands that are put on contemporary parents these days and strives to alleviate some of the pressures by giving parents peace of mind while they are at work.
